      - Low upper management oversight, including LP. - HR is aggressive. - Slow and in-comprehensive orientation and on-boarding. - High turnover due to lack of appropriate management and succession foresight.

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
