      Pros

      Other than the constant innovation that Burberry is known for, a defining characteristic is the company culture. Everyone I've ever known at Burberry is passionate and willing to help.

      Cons

      There aren't many at all. Like all retail jobs the hours are long and not convenient, but breaks are generous!

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
