      Pros

      Burberry has a Great management system, strong customer service skills training, good benefits, makes each employee feel of great value and importance

      Cons

      the downsides are large turn over, in the store we were in was a bad location which led to less sales.

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
