      Hours for operations are normally flexible. Incentives. The charity works and volunteer opportunities are great.

      Not enough communication Lack of staff Lack of training Favoritism Barely any advancement to move up (even internally its a fight to move up or literally move to another state/country) Excepted to be thrown to the wolves without any help..

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
