      Burberry on the whole is a very positive place to work.

      No real down side. Change can happen very quickly which makes life interesting.

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
