      Great working experience and environment. You will get additional discount when there is a sale. You also can build relationship with some great customers though this job.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities to be promoted. Salary is not high as its reputation of this job. Competition is real! Your work mates do hate each other.

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
