      Great uniform, balance with Holidays worked, commission plus salary, good company to work for, good return policy- protects image and the associate

      Cons

      The retail sector is hard to move up in. If you're looking to move into corporate its not a good idea to start in retail.

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
