Work before life - Sales Associate Burberry Employee Review

We have been understaffed without a GM for over 3 months, there has been no attempts to fill in the empty spots of sales associates or GM position. Other staffs have to work over time every single shift for now already 2 months and are deemed selfish if they request to use personal days off or vacation time. There are no notifications on schedule changes and management just expects that everyone will put work before their personal life (however it is alright for management to put their life before work because we will work overtime).
