Evolves to its surroundings by constantly developing ways to make the business happen rather than waiting for business to appear just by creating what is fashion. Live runway shows presented on luxurious screens in real time. IPads strapped to well suited employees who know the detailed production of its fine produced pieces. Proving the excellence of its detail crafted and well fitted line of goods by knowing the product; then selling it from an IPad store to the clients front door.
Cons
Store management is unclear on what the priority should be while in charge. Many times the focus was blurred and could produce unneeded stress on its team. This could be a positive as well because while they were working on a project this gave the team freedom to produce profit for the company and themselves. Early execution of a plan before the product arrived kept the team busy. Many times this caused confusion on the task at hand, and produced a messy project on the sales floor. This could have been better executed while store doors were closed along with better time management. Being the most digitally advanced company provided many tools for the team to build off of. From detailed product knowledge, to handling a certain situation; Burberry covered every single aspect you could think of. The only problem is there are so many different interfaces to toggle between your eyes would be crossed while speaking to the client you are assisting. This will not be a problem because the company is constantly fine tuning all of its tools and it has passion for its team as much as it does for its clients. Burberry Chat connects everyone together, but could bring everyones laundry out to dry making it easy to forget the focus at hand. Every team in every district in every country was available on chat clogging up your wall. Your store's wall alone should necessarily only be one stores business unless the district had an important call out. Gloating and glorification was flooding the wall of congratulations and simple tasks of unknown members of teams that were outside the store. Simplify these interfaces and integration of these tools would calm the atmosphere. This would result in better communication for the task at hand.
