      Team-based, salary and commission, room for promotion, very educational, treat employees well, relies on a lot of latest technology

      Sometimes unrealistic weekly sales goals, lots of data capture and goals to think about daily, sometimes management was poor or unprofessional

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
