      Free parking, excellent commission relative to other retailers in the luxury sector in the area. (flagship stores have better commission.) Healthcare and dental benefits excellent opportunities for advancement

      corporate communication very frustrating, even with advances in the digital aspect. poor time allocation and work schedule from management

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
