Pros
Free lunch & free fruit everyday Summer Fridays (1pm finish) is a great perk Sample sale is always great Staff discount is really good Staff are friendly and is a very social place to work
Cons
Pay is extremely low and yearly increment is minimal Very difficult to progress and be promoted as not many people leave/move around the business A lot of managers seem to only know how to micro manage and do not trust/give staff the freedom to work off their own initiatives It does seem to be who you know and not what you know in order to progress
