Underwhelming - Anonymous employee Burberry Employee Review

It was enjoyable at first but became an incredibly stressful environment to work in. Overworked and under appreciated. They tend to lose many good people who are frustrated with some of the backwards process and politics to get anything done. There's a real lack of comms between teams. Difficult to move around or find progression within the company.
