Cons
• Even if technically possible, you cannot work from home. • Sometimes the pressure can be overwhelming due to all the deadlines and meetings and reviews. • There is a sort of stiffness in the way things are done, and although they try to work on it, it never improves. • Outdated POS systems means that a lot of work involves correcting and analysing errors that could be avoided altogether. • Corporate management systems means that you will have to sit through a lot of meetings and seminars that only steals your own time that could be spent on work, meaning that sometimes you will have to stay longer than the contracted hours.
