Pros
Burberry is completely transparent with information which is readily available and passed down from the top. They are generous with the benefits packages for both full and part time associates and hand out days off like candy.
Cons
They pay structure as a sales associate is lacking and, in my opinion, quite insulting. Every direct competitor, to my knowledge, has always had greater compensation. You'll be able to pay the bills, but you may want to reconsider your annual vacation. The training modules and verbiage of meetings is elementary and, quite frankly, feels belittling. It is clear and evident that many of the leader higher in the food chain have no real perception of what is actually happening at the customer interaction level.
