      - Nice pay - Nice working Environment - Depending on sales, could get an excellent bonus/ commission - Cycle to work scheme

      - Not so great employee discounts. - Some objectives were unreasonable - In quiet periods, you were expected to do a lot, although most of it didn't depend on you

      Great Benefits, good office, good work hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, bad onboarding, not acommodating to employee's needs. Manager did not know how to properly onboard their employees, micromanaged every aspect of job and complained and did not set proper expectations.
