      Considerable amount of micromanagement Pay not comparable of similar projects elsewhere expiration date for your time in a single area

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
