      Great benefits, collegial environment. New York building is amazing - food is everywhere and views are beautiful.

      Cons

      Feel like another cog in the machine, worry about company's ability to innovate. Management in some departments is inexperienced.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
