      Great benefits, competitive salary, meritocracy-based culture, collaborative environment, transparent and trusting culture. The company is willing to take risks, but rewards its employees well.

      Cons

      Horizontal corporate structure, not much opportunity for vertical progression. Easy to get "stuck" in a role and remain stagnant for years.
