      Excellent online training programs. (If only they practiced what they promoted/taught as a brand it would be an amazing place to work).

      Cons

      Toxic and misogynist culture and environment. They marginalize professionals rather than promote them.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
