Great technology in infrastructure teams. Company is pretty stable and treats employees with respect. Great process in managing production environment. Free access to snacks and refreshments is great. Overall satisfied with the company.
Cons
Top management in R&D is shuffled too often. Reorganizations happen too frequently. There is some amount of politics. Need to improve on SDLC methodologies.
