Pros
Encouraging work environment and great colleagues. Bloomberg takes care of it's employees and promotes a healthy culture, both in and out of the workplace
Cons
A relatively flat hierarchy with not enough opportunities for vertical advancement. In some cases favor management approval by is more easily gained by being at your desk, instead of actual productivity. Compensation could also be a bit better
