      Pros

      Multicultural environment full. The pantry, learning environment. Amazing office space. Ok salary. Some very smart people however a lot of them tend to leave.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. I wouldn't advise going for this job if you've had a career before bloomberg. Brain drain. Smart people leave sometimes less than a year into the job.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
