Pros
Good place for recent graduates to build knowledge. Bloomberg Philanthropies does great work with the profits.
Cons
Management and Team Leaders are incredibly inconsistent. Prevalent management style is negative reinforcement. Flexibility is very inconsistent as well. Most employees seem miserable, which can make for a very long day in the office.
