      Pros

      - Really not a bad place to start if you have no experience, your straight out of college, and you want to be in the finance space.

      Cons

      - Well kind of confine you to one space or one roll without much flexibility, even though they say that there is flexibility. The flexibility comes with at least maybe a year commitment, maybe a year and change before you can kind of move about the cabin.

      Great company, in this role you have the chance to learn about the financial markets, the terminal, and also you get client exposure.

      - Terrible analytics managers and TLs - The department is known for micro-management - Have seen discrimination across the analytics and sales departments multiple times
