Pros
Great culture, teams have autonomy, opportunities for growth, flat hierarchy. The firm values taking end to end responsibility and they deeply invest in their employees growth.
Cons
Even though there's a flat structure, often tenure matters more than impact. The culture and the office can really absorb you, you may feel pressure to be a Bloomberg person above and beyond just being an employee. This can be great or too much, depending on personal preference.
