      Bloomberg is a great place to work! Strong culture and great people. Pay is good too.

      Cons

      Little to no remote flexibility. If you need a 2nd work from home day in a week, it requires manager approval.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
