Pros
The attention to every Spooner goes beyond any imagination. Bending Spoons is an incredible company full of talents, motivation, and passion. Standards are obviously very high. Considering this a pro or cons is up to every individual. For most Spooners, this is a pro that allows us to learn a lot, make an impact and grow fast. From the outside, you may think it is a very excellent company. From inside, you discover it's even better.
Cons
Again, the bar is high. In my opinion, and the opinion of the majority of Spooners, this is a pro, but I want to mention it in the cons because this may not be for everyone.
