Pros
Ask anyone what's the best thing about Bending Spoons—everyone will give you the same answer: Spooners. Spooners are extremely talented and motivated, they are the best people you can meet in your life. Working with them gives you the chance to learn and improve everyday, no matter your level of expertise. It's also motivating: The healthy competition of being surrounded by capable and effective people pushes you to do your best. You are always able to trust your peers, and you will enjoy the result of their work, rather than being frustrated at their mistakes or inattention to details. Same applies to the management: I have great trust in everyone who's leading the company. I often trust others more than myself, which is not usually the case outside of here. Also, Spooners are nice people. You will likely find many friends in here. Besides, the company is awesome. You can still feel a startuppy attitude, despite the growing size. Things are handled with sharp logic and pragmatism. Finally, this is not just a regular "employee" job. If you join, you join a mission, you feel part of it, and you have a stake in the company too.
Cons
Impostor syndrome: you will likely feel it a lot, and this can be daunting sometimes.
