Pros
Great colleagues: incredibly clever and always available to help each others. Challenging work: most of the chores that can be automated have been automated, so we can focus on what really matters. Total flexibility and responsibility: micromanagement simply doesn't exist, because for us it doesn't make sense.
Cons
The pressure is on: one has to deal with wanting to always excel. For most of us, this is what we want for our life anyway, but it's not for everyone, and there's nothing wrong with wanting something different. Still, the pressure might be hard sometime.
