Pros
Good benefits and increasingly flexible hours and dress code. Pay is decent enough when you're coming straight out of college
Cons
Not a lot of motivated, smart people and those that are get dismayed pretty quickly. Old, crappy technology and weak technical leadership without the resources to fix it.
