Good work life balance, interesting projects, they give you a good chance to realize and grow and gain interesting experience, good people
Cons
I would say that sometimes management is just bad and it's very very hard to get in role promotions even if you perform and get outstanding performance reviews but it depends on the team ,in some teams it's very hard but in others it's much easier
