Pros
They promote within, you create your own schedule. Locations are franchise and owned by independent individuals. You become close with not just the management but the owners as well. Makes for a good atmosphere.
Cons
Owners are generally entrepreneurs whom have no knowledge of fitness whatsoever. They only care about money. They couldn't care less about the members or PT clients.
