Pros

Nice people, nice facility and new equipment. Memberships are slightly more than your standard big-box gyms like Crunch and the clientele tends to reflect that. The members tend to be older, have more money and the gym isn't always busy.

Cons

Personal training is a bit pricy and clients have to commit to 3, 6 or 12 months at a time. Trainers wages start at $9 per half hour session where the client pays up to $45

Very laid back. Most weekends off.

Title and compensation ceiling if managing under a smaller enterprise.
