Pros
Friendly atmosphere because it is smaller in scope and size than bigger gyms which are less personal with employees and members. Positive culture but that can be highly dependent on the staff and ownership of each individual location
Cons
Foot traffic is very limited in comparison to bigger gyms. I would expect most locations to have 0-5 people per day walking through the doors inquring about memberships. Corporate goals for membership sales don't seem to be in alignment with what is realistically attainable at each individual location or region.
