Pros
A job to pay bills, if your bills equal roughly 2000 a month, and an opportunity to realize that companies truly dont care about your well being
Cons
The hours are absolutely ridiculous. They lie to you about your salary and work you like a dog they can sit back and profit off your hard work then tell you that you arent doing enough. They expect you to do marketing, sales, and cleaning while working second shift hours and not getting compensated for how long you work. You WILL be giving up majority of your daily life to make roughly 12-13 an hour after taxes, based on working 45 hours a week minimum. They will have you tell white lies to people about contract lengths and policies. They will force you to create marketing plans and waste pretty much everyone's time while creating sales goals that are absolutely outrageous for the markets you are in.
