Laid back environment. Work in a gym. Clients are great. Little oversight on how you run your training.
Cons
Promises not kept on pay, always being given more responsibility without being compensated for it, being told on me thing then another. I was mislead about my pay and then changed the pay structure to where I was losing $1,000 a month, and kept promising it was going to change.
