      Pros

      Love the environment, and the people I meet. If the gym has a good owner, then it should be fun to work in. Pay is dependent on owner and commission scale, but most of time it is pretty fair.

      Cons

      If you are manager, then lots of hours, lots of time on phone, but then again it is sales.
