They'll make you work 40+ hours a week, 12 hour shifts without a lunch, and then terminate you when they find a pretty face to replace you. There is NO requirements for the company to look out for your best interests as a human being. They'll make you process illegal agreements and threaten you daily with termination until your time is up. You'll never see your return of determination and hardwork.
