I had the chance to rotate between teams within EC2 and all of the engineers were incredibly clever and helpful Certain organisations with a high bar do things very well. Not perfectly, but nothing is. It's a great place to learn how to the fundamentals at a high bar
Cons
If the org you end up joining isn't a direct profit centre for the company, or they're currently building something that isn't making money, expect to be worked to your bones until they finally see their investment pay off.
