TC is amazing if you are hopping from industry or consulting.
Cons
You will wake up every day with imposter syndrome. By the time you overcome your fears, you will be let go. There is no clear direction from middle management and thus the chaos. There are multiple folks/teams trying to snatch away from a small piece of work that comes from clients. This also means, you are either hired to be fired asURA or they over hired to build their empire. Do you want to run politics or innovate? choice is yours. Did I mention manager feedback is fake? It pops up on your screen daily. If you give a bad rating then you are eliminated to make manager rating look good.
