Pros

It is great to be able to work from home! The salary is decent. This used to be a great place to work, but no more. I have resigned and the only pros I can truly list is being able to work remotely. I wish I didn't have to leave, and I wish I weren't writing this review, but I have to warn other recruiters about Adecco. It was a great place that I devoted 4 years to, but no more.

Cons

The biggest cons right now are not being paid commissions since the middle of last year and no update at all from the Varicent team, my manager, the director, or HR about the owed commissions from last year. The new director is always absent, never present in team meetings, and the teams are falling apart. The recruiters are pleading for their concerns to be heard and managers take no action. There is blatant favoritism when a specific team gets all the best requisitions and the same team is allowed to practice nepotism (a mother managing her own daughter, seriously?). Employees are leaving in masses and no one cares! I have spoken to HR about the new issues and about when the commission from last year will be paid out, and they have no answers. They don't care. No one cares about you as a person here.

Pros

Team and peers were amazing to work with. Super helpful and collaborative.

Cons

Work-life balance was good at a general employee level but not so for management. 70-80 hour workweeks were not uncommon.
