- Salary is credited every month which is the lowest bar of pro they can have.
Cons
- No working website for employees to for example track leaves - The PF plan here is not in accordance with the government - There is a better chance of a government office solving your problems quicker than Adecco. -They never work in time bound manner, when we go to them with any problem they don't give us a timeframe we can expect for the problem to get solved. - The higher management do not give us any proper detail. - They recently converted the contractors who work with their clients to FTE, they spent a day explaining how we would benefit from it and there was no change from the previous model except that our notice period went up by 2 months. - If you are deployed to work w a client prepared to feel alienated by both adecco and your client. Your client of course has no obligation but adecco will also do the same .
