Great job environment, Underwhelming pay - Anonymous employee Adecco Group Employee Review

Most if not all staff start as Associates with no clue given on their future status in the company. Usually you will have to be a temp associate for 6 month before any permanent position is offered to you within the Adecco group. The pay difference from temporary associate to permanent colleague is underwhelming. Overall the salary may be underwhelming compared to other companies.
