      Pros

      As a technician you have the oppurtunity to be in the Machinist Union so that is a plus. Thought the machinist Union you have a great retirment.

      Cons

      Management hired from out side with out climbing up the ladder which results in people in management postions that can talk the talk but cant walk the walk
