      Cons

      terribly run company, no strategy, no processes and most staff incompetent. Awful company culture and they will lie through their teeth to recruit people then sack them off when no longer needed. Avoid working here like the plague.

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Cons

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
