      Remote work/flexability, good team mates

      Cons

      upper management is terrible and they keep changing everything, no one listens to anyones concerns and they lay you off with no reason or no warning at all. they will tell you it has nothing to do with performace and have terrible severance packages. many team members have left since being laid off. company is going downhill!

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Cons

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
