      Good work/life balance, good recruiting experience

      Cons

      Poor management, extreme body rental, weak contact with the company. No adequate equipment at the start of the job. Chenged 3 manager in few months

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Cons

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
