      Decent PTO The teams and people are great to work with Work from home

      Cons

      Low salaries Commission plan is not competitive Health benefits aren’t great Leadership does not care about their team, only about meeting their bonus quotas. They don’t provide any guidance and don’t advocate for their team. The culture is not the same as it used to be.

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Cons

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
