      Didn't find much to explain pro in this company

      1. Keeps on updating policies without prior intimation to employees and employees need to accept it no matter what. 2. Make you work overtime and don't pay for that. 3. Too much work pressure. 4. No engagement activities. 5. So many restrictions in salary. 6. Many more

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Cons

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
